Theatre Workshop has unveiled a festive feast of theatre and puppetry for all the family this winter.
Set sail with rambunctious Sinbad in Gerry Mulgrew’s adaptation of Shaharazad’s enchanting Tales of the Arabian Nights. Delight in one man’s intrepid mission to make our world green again in Jean Giono’s spell-binding tale of The Man Who Planted Trees. Marvel at Mozart’s Magic Flute with marionettes in Krazy Kat Theatre Company’s The Very Magic Flute. Blow away the Christmas cobwebs with the big, bad wolf in Clydebuilt Theatre’s Little Red Riding Hood’s Magic Purse. Revel in national treasure Dolina Maclennan’s magical Highland Hogmanay stories. Simply enjoy the best of Scotland’s seasonal entertainment for all the family at Theatre Workshop this festive season.

Puppet State Theatre Company present a hilarious and heart-warming adaptation of Jean Giono’s wonderful environmental tale. Accompanied by his faithful dog, a French shepherd sets out to plant a forest and transform a barren landscape. Hear the wind, feel the rain, smell the lavender in this multi-sensory masterpiece. A uniquely memorable blend of comedy, puppetry and inspiring storytelling.
